I don’t know how it went from seeing dozens of people daily 
to sitting in a room in front of a screen all day - alone

I don’t know why we stopped greeting and being friendly to our neighbors
Instead we’re constantly being glued to our - phone

I think we need real connection and I think we need to be touched
But not in a forced way but emotionally safe

​

And I just wish that you would know It is okay to need someone and  
That no matter what we feel we’re not too much
